Insurance

At Elegant Dentistry, we want to make sure you receive the best dental care so that you are able to enjoy your smile for years to come. When you postpone treatment of an infected or decaying tooth, you may need much more extensive and expensive dental work in the future.

Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from receiving the quality care you deserve and need. We will help you maximize your insurance benefits and make the dental expense easily manageable. To facilitate this goal, our professional and dedicated team is here to help answer any questions you may have regarding your financial options for payment of your dental services.

We understand that not every patient has a dental plan or an unlimited budget. That is why we offer several payment options for your convenience. Our payment methods include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Full payment is due at the time of service.

Financing

At Elegant Dentistry, we currently accept most forms of dental insurance.

As a courtesy to you, we will submit to your dental insurance provider directly. Please keep in mind, however, that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Since we are not an involved party with this contract, you are responsible for any non-payment on your account. We also require that all co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time services are rendered.

Please take the time to read through your benefit information so that you are familiar with all of your policy’s benefits and limitations. We also encourage you to contact your insurance company if you have questions about whether a service is a covered benefit.

We normally wait 45 days for your insurance company to provide payment for services. If after the 45 day period there is still no payment on your account, the balance on the account will be billed to you.

Please remember to let us know at the beginning of each visit if there are any updates or changes to your insurance policy and/or your employment status so that we can assist you in maximizing your benefits.

We are an in-network provider with numerous dental plans. Please feel free to contact our office for a complimentary check of your dental insurance coverage.
